Terms of Service — Agent FP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent FP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent FP provides AI agent detection and fingerprinting capabilities that help website and API operators identify whether requests originate from AI agents or human users. The Service includes a JavaScript detection library, API endpoints, a dashboard, and related tooling.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to detect AI agent traffic on your own web properties and APIs. You may not:

Use the Service to discriminate against users based on protected characteristics
Use detection results to unlawfully deny service to any person
Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the detection methodology
Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
Use the Service on web properties you do not own or control

4. Free Tier and Paid Plans

The Free tier provides up to 100,000 analyzed requests per calendar month at no charge. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as specified at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in a separate agreement.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service provides confidence scores, not deterministic classifications. Agent FP does not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for how you use detection results and for any decisions made based on those results.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including detection models, fingerprint libraries, and the Agent FP brand, remain with Agent FP. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent FP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@agentfp.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We will provide 30 days' notice before making material changes to these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, or through binding arbitration at your election.
